Product Name BuildenFlex - 1K: One Component Flexible Cementitious Waterproofing Membrane
Description BuildenFlex–1K is a single component flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane with alkali- resistant polymer, special additives and graded aggregates to give flexible waterproofing mortar suitable to most common substrate to prevent water ingress.
General Characteristic - Adjustable water dosage in order to obtain desired consistency and workability
- Easy to apply by brush roller and trowel even on vertical surfaces
- Bond to damp substrates
- Very good adhesion to most common substrate

Shell Life Keep BuildenFlex–1K in cool, dry and shaded warehouses. Avoid direct in contact with the floor. When stored under the correct conditions BuildenFlex–1K will have a shelf-life for 12 months.

Application Application of BuildenFlex–1K by:
- Trowel, pressing the trowel on the substrate evenly to maintain the BuildenFlex – 1K thickness
- Brush, in 2 direction (perpendicularly) BuildenFlex–1K must be applied at least two coats.
The first coat is applied to cover the area evenly within 1 hour of it being mix. The second coat may be applied when the first layer has become tack free after 2 to 4 hours depending on the ambient condition.
The maximum recommended thickness - 1 mm per coat by brush
- 2 mm per coat by trowel
For areas which exposed to sunlight, protective topping should be installed for further enhance the durability of BuildenFlex–1K.
